Our process
Step 1: Intake – 90 minute appointment - We detail all history, preferences, schedule, barriers, and other shared information. We may also order labs if it is discovered during the intake to be beneficial to the client.
Step 2: Plan – Doctor takes your information and develops a plan with clear priorities, meals/strategies, and “what to do first”
Step 3: Follow-up – 60 minute appointment to discuss the integration of the plan based on initial intake, results of any testing, and what’s realistic for the client to succeed.
Optional: integration with testing (like food sensitivity testing) when appropriate.

Do you give meal plans?
We can provide structure and guidance, but we prioritize sustainable strategies you can maintain. Each plan is catered specifically to the client.
Will I have to cut out everything I love?
No. We focus on what makes the biggest difference with the least disruption.
