Complete your initial lab draw and comprehensive panel, followed by a 1-hour consultation and lab review with your provider. This first step helps us understand where you are now so we can build a personalized wellness plan based on your goals, symptoms, and overall health.
STEP 2: Your Monthly M.O.M. Check-In
Come in once a month for your included I.V. therapy and 30-minute provider check-in. We review how you’re feeling, your progress with energy, recovery, sleep, body composition, and overall wellness, while making adjustments to keep your plan working for you.
STEP 3: Optimize and Keep Moving Forward

Membership Terms
Membership includes member benefits as outlined by Tortoise Clinic. Membership renews monthly unless canceled according to clinic policy. Benefits are non-transferable. Unused monthly services do not roll over unless expressly stated by clinic policy. Membership fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Services, benefits, and pricing may change.
