THAI STYLE MASSAGE

It combines a variety of slowly applied stretching movements, gentle rocking and rhythmic muscle compressions, joint mobilization and acupressure points.

SPORTS MASSAGE

This technique utilizes a range of motion and lengthening of the muscles that are similar to yoga techniques. The benefits of this treatment are increased oxygenation to the muscle tissue, stimulating blood circulation and energy flow.

FOOT REFLEXOLOGY

This massage technique focuses on reflexology as applied to reflex zones of the feet. Our Specialist will use these techniques to assist the client in both general relaxation and rejuvenation, while also targeting specific reflex points for the desired response. Because the feet help set the tension level for the rest of the body, reflexology is a simple way to interrupt the stress signal and reset homeostasis (the body’s equilibrium).

SWEDISH MASSAGE

Traditional Swedish massage involves a light to medium pressure. The main purpose of Swedish massage is to increase the oxygen flow in the blood and release toxins from the muscles. Other possible benefits include stimulation of circulation, an increase in muscle tone, and a balance of the musculoskeletal systems. A relaxing yet therapeutic massage.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

The primary purpose of a deep tissue massage is to work the fibers and muscles of the body, releasing deeply rooted patterns of tension. As the muscles relax, toxins are removed and blood and oxygen begin to circulate properly, making the entire body function better. Deep tissue massage focuses on the deep layers of muscle tissues in an effort to release chronic patterns of tension.

MOMMY TO BE MASSAGE (PRE & POST NATAL)

Prenatal Massage focuses on the mother-to-be as she goes through the changes due to pregnancy. This is not a replacement for medical care, but rather as an adjunct to aid in the health and rapid recovery of the mother. After the mother has given birth, treatment will assist in restoring the body back to its normal condition. Prenatal massage may also help reduce and/or eliminate excess water retention. Both Pre & Postnatal massage assist in the function of muscles and joints, improve circulation and general body tone, and relieve mental and physical fatigue.
